49″ Odyssey G9 Gaming Monitor
$600 Off
With Black Friday looming large, we’re already starting to see a tonne of deals go live on some of the industry’s biggest retailers. With so many deals to cover, here’s a shortlist of all the retailers we’ll be using to find the best monitor Black Friday deals in 2021.
The monitor marketplace is currently flooded with high-end options that really can revolutionize your gaming and general viewing experience. Let’s not forget, the humble monitor (whether it be for gaming or general use) is one of the most important purchases you can make. Luckily, Black Friday should allow you to extract as much value as possible from your desired panel – if it’s in stock, that is.
Right now, the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 is arguably the best monitor on the market. The new flagship 49″ panel from Samsung ticks all the right boxes when it comes to gaming, productivity, and everyday usage. The SVA panel at its heart offers blistering speed in the form of 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. It features support for both FreeSync and G-Sync systems, great viewing angles, and HDR too. Better still, mini-LED backlight technology has been utilized in this panel, giving it 2000+ local dimming zones and DisplayHDR 2000 certification. If it’s on sale this November, it won’t be for long.
That all depends on your specific needs. If you’re looking for the highest levels of immersion, I’d recommend spending at least $500. For someone looking to play competitive games, you can find monitors that range between $300-500 and would be perfectly suitable for top-level competition-grade gameplay. If you’re more casual but still want a fluid experience, you can spend between $150-$250. Editing monitors can be anywhere from $200-800, depending on what resolution, picture quality, and color accuracy you require.
Again, this all depends on what types of games you play. If you play immersive single-player titles, I would recommend 27inches and above – with 32inch 4K resolution panels being very effective. If you play more competitive titles, why not consider a 24-27inch screen size with a higher refresh rate and response time.
If history is set to repeat itself, some of the biggest sales on Black Friday monitor deals are around 50%. Whilst plenty of monitors will be reduced by 10-15%, that isn’t the case across the board. Be quick though, monitors with large discounts will go extremely quickly.

Alienware AW2521H 25″ 360Hz 1080p G-SYNC Gaming Monitor
SAVE $156.92
It isn’t just high-end monitors that feature in the Black Friday sales bonanza, a tonne of budget monitors will also feature smaller (yet equally as attractive) offers come November. One of the best budget monitors right now is the BenQ XL2411K – the latest 24-inch 144hz gaming monitor from ZOWIE.
Granted, this monitor isn’t going to blow anyone away in terms of raw performance – however, it does score incredibly high when it comes to bang for your buck. ZOWIE have equipped this panel with a decent 24-inch TN panel that sports a 1080 screen resolution and average colours out of the box. More impressive, however, is the 144Hz refresh rate and low 1ms response time it features. That makes the BenQ XL2411K a great choice for competitive gamers that want to obtain a more responsive experience without breaking the bank.
When it comes to purchasing a new monitor, one of the most important things you must consider is value. Luckily, Black Friday deals normally mean most monitors are good value – however, finding the best value is something we at WePC excel in.
While the Alienware AW2720HF isn’t the cheapest monitor in today’s market, that’s not to say it doesn’t showcase fantastic value for money. It currently falls into the ‘middle of the road’ pricing spectrum, offering up excellent specs that really do make it good value for money. The 27-inch IPS panel features a 1080p screen resolution alongside a 240Hz refresh rate for a truly competitive gaming experience. Alienware has styled this monitor superbly, offering up sleek angles, subtle bezels, and striking colors.
All in all, it’s hard to knock the AW2720HF from a design and aesthetic standpoint. And if retailers plan to reduce it’s price, it’ll be an absolute steal come November.
Alongside a tonne of sub $400 panels, there are also plenty of premium monitors that tailor more towards the enthusiasts out there. Take the ASUS ROG SWIFT PG32UQX as a prime example. The 32-inch IPS panel offers up all the high-end features and benefits you could want. It comes equipped with a 4K screen resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and low 4ms response time. Furthermore, with mini-LED backlight technology, DisplayHDR 1400 certification, and a wide 98% color gamut, there really isn’t much that this monitor does wrong.
All being said, it’ll still set you back north of any other monitor in today’s market – so expect to fork out a lot for this premium panel.

Black Friday is approaching quickly, with only a few short weeks left until the biggest deals of the year go live! We’ll be keeping this page right up to date with all the best monitor deals the web has to offer, categorizing monitors by size, brand, gaming, and overall savings.
If you’re looking to keep on top of all the best Black Friday deals, this is the place to be!
Below are some of the brands we’ll be covering during the Black Friday bonanza:
Acer has long been known for producing high-quality gaming monitors – but what kind of deals will we see on Black Friday 2021? Last year we saw them slash prices on some of their leading products by over 30%.
Alienware’s G-sync monitors are some of the best on the market, providing stellar gaming performance and high-end aesthetics that suit almost any setting. We expect to see big savings on Alienware this year and will be showcasing only the best on offer.
With discounts of $50 across multiple models last year, we’re expecting to see even more great discounts from AOC for Black Friday 2021.
ASUS won the monitor deal game last Black Friday by slashing prices left, right, and center. There were discounts of up to $400 on some of their best-selling products! With competition for sales being fierce this year, we expect ASUS to make a bold showing for Black Friday 2021.
Dell offers some of the best workstation and editing monitors the market has to offer. If you’re looking for a good time to buy one, now’s the time to do so.
We’re big fans of LG monitors here at WePC, so we’ll be keeping a close eye on what kind of discounts we can expect this year.
We didn’t see any particularly impressive deals from HP last Black Friday, so we’re hoping they change it up this year and bring some big deals to the table.
With discounts of up to 50% (which meant well over $200 last year) Samsung offered us some really impressive deals in 2019. We’ll be expecting big deals from them this year, especially with their new line of ‘G’ monitors no available.
Finally, we’ll be looking at BenQ to see what kind of deals they produce – they were pretty middle of the road last year, so it will be interesting to see!
Bundles might include monitors and other peripheral deals that we feel are worthy of your consideration. Because what better way to celebrate Black Friday is there than a new monitor and keyboard purchase?
It won’t just be monitors on offer around this time of year, it’ll be everything from computer hardware, software, gaming chairs, peripherals, and more. If you’re looking to complete your setup this Black Friday, why not check out some of our most popular pages below:
